I like it because it isn't bulky but adds enough size and texture to assure a good grip. The phone by itself is thin and can easily slip out of the hand. The case is easy to install and easy to remove. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.

The case came quickly, fit perfectly and has already protected the phone several times!

Update: After 2 years, my Otterbox for the Samsung A12 is holding up well EXCEPT the plastic part for the volume buttons fell off. I will say that I use the volume buttons on the phone a lot, so I am not surprised this only moving part of the Otterbox had a problem. Anyhow, I ordered this same product again for a very reasonable price. Original review: This Otterbox for the Samsung A12 is a very good cell phone case and I am happy with the product so far. I like the 2 piece design that includes a rubbery/silicone-like inner layer and a harder plastic shell outer layer. Smart design for sure. Although this is bulkier than a more slim one piece design, it seems durable while protecting the phone's corners during a drop. I like the large openings for the headphone port, and USB port, and speaker. I like how the power button is not covered, but I wonder why the volume buttons are covered. In any case, the volume buttons work fine even with the case on, so that's good. What is taking some getting used to is the prominent raised edge around the screen. I assume the edge is raised to help protect the screen in a fall, but it does it make it harder to touch the edges of the screen.

Great price Fits

A perfect choice for my phone

Needed a case for my new TruConnect phone. I ordered the black because my other phone is blue. My phone fit in there perfectly, without hurting my old fingers. Clumsy me have already dropped it and my phone is fine. Doesn't have a screen protector, but I have extras. I don't mind That the buttons are not protected from dust. It's easy to prevent that from happening. Qtip or just blowing into them have always worked for me.

This case is rather great, other than the fact it is not waterproof. I work construction, so my cellphone lives a pretty hard life. Its been dropped out of the chest pocket of my Hi-Vis vest more times than I can count, dropped out of the work truck, and worst of all, dropped out of my chest pocket onto asphalt from the top of an excavator! No damage to the phone, and only minor dings on the hard plastic part of the case. This case is more than worth the money!

Absolutely perfect fit, came on time. Would highly recommend the purchase if you're like me and constantly cracking your phone screen 😂
