Not good for people who have loss of hearing.it hardly turns the sounds up and you also can only use it when there is only one thing making noise. I was in a crowd of people and trying to talk and listen to someone....the product amplifier all the background noise instead of who I was facing and talking too. Not helpful at all

I liked the way this amplification plug worked-it looks like a Bluetooth device but is really an amplification aid for hearing. It is simple and easy to use and install the batteries. I am bird watcher and it worked perfectly.

Don't expect a $2000 hearing aid but it works great for the price. Very good amplification and pretty comfortable. I bought some for myself and for my dad. I use them when I am out in the woods. He uses them to watch TV (he is 88).
