Uses NEW AA batteries every day and barely rotates . DONT BUY
This is a very poor piece of equipment for turning a very small twirling ball. I don’t recommend it. Works for about 6-8 hours then the battery is shot. And while it was working, you could barely notice the turning. Don’t bother with it.

Good speed for a mobile
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my son's mobile. I was slightly concerned it would be too fast, but it's the perfect speed. The remote control works like it should- just make sure you switch the power on the actual unit to "on" before you try to use the remote. I can't speak to battery life yet, as I just finished setting up his nursery. Assuming it continues to work, it's perfect for what I needed it for!

Must have for a mirror-ball
- a great little motor to spin your mirror ball. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 for sturdiness is because it does have a weight limit and the clips are not what I would call 'robust'.It would be better if these had a modulator for the rate of spin, or at least a couple of different speed settings, because this one was the slowest rotation I could find and it could still be a little slower. I agree with reviews for faster units that say they are way to fast. This one is the fastest rotation speed I would even consider and if I can find a slower one, it will replace this one. Otherwise, it us a great little spinner at a pretty good price.

Poor Battery Life
The product itself works great, but we have to replace the batteries in the rotator weekly. It's the perfect speed for a mobile, but there is a serious issue if it drains batteries this quickly. The whole point is to keep it on so you can use the remote to turn it on and off.

Works nicely for use, but eats up battery life fast
This was perfect for what I wanted, the remote and spinner work well. However, it eats up the battery life fast, so have to be careful how much we use it.

Would not spin
Planning on using this for a baby mobile I made, but it never spun. Was able to get the batteries in and little red light turned on and working, but alas, it did not spin. Returned this immediately.

I used for a discount ball in a window that receives sunlight....for fun!
