Screaming deal, 300watt led grow light
5 stars for the packaging witch was done right with foam end caps and back and face foam. simple but good build to the product glass face cover not plastic, hanging cables included. got it hung and lit up so far so good, very bright and quiet with little heat actually cozy warmth for the plants if they are close, still would not let the play touch just because the diodes can still make hot spots if they are too close. "usually only little burn dots that the plant will recover from just fine". lastly the price was the crown that caught my eye at only $133.00 for a 300 watt how could i say no. shipping was quoted at about 2 months but showed up in about 7 days. seller offers 3 day ship for about $22.00. i will buy more of these if the price and the quality hold true.

Ordered this unit on the July 20th and just got it today on July 24th and wasn't supposed to arrive until the 30th so pretty fast delivery...... Nice heavy durable metal casing..... Lights are bright.... Fans are pretty quiet..... Forgot to mention great price

Great purchase, if you get the real thing.
WARNING: there is a seller shipping a cheap knockoff product. Original review of the real thing is below, the knockoff is mostly red bulbs and doesn't have a heatsink, is noticeably dimmer than the authentic lamp. Recommend using OceanRevive LLC seller only.I have a couple decades of experience with coil and digital ballast HID lamps and this is my first LED. First impressions are that it is small and surprisingly heavy. Seems well built and functioned perfectly right out of the box.One concern is it uses 3 pc fans for cooling which are both a little noisy and prone to failure. Passive cooling would be silent and more reliable long term but the one year warranty makes me feel better about this design. Regarding the noise, it is still much quieter than a vortex fan needed for cooling the much hotter HID lamps.After two months, am very pleased and ordered another.

Falsely advertised/doesnt grow well
Both in the listing photo and in the description it states it has 2 infrared 730nm leds. But Lo and behold theres not a single 730nm on this led. The fans are also louder than I expected even though they are advertised as "quasi-mute." Its performance is also leaves something to be desired, tried vegging my seedlings compared to my other leds and they struggled to grow to the point where i had to place them under a different one just so they could grow faster. Not that great of a purchase.

worked great for me.
Have been using this light in my veg room and has lowered the temp without issue and saved so much on our energy bill. My plants have taken to it well. Will be getting more soon. We've been using over a month without issue.

I compared this to other LED arrays and found this to be the best among those we tried
If I were to try and build this myself, it would have cost more so I have no issue with the price. I compared this to other LED arrays and found this to be the best among those we tried. Best meaning dollar for dollar, this LED array puts out more light and wider spectrum. Still, it doesn't appear LED technology is ready to compete with HID lamps on price/performance. Measure your needs. Are you trying to conserve energy or are you trying to grow something?
