Hey, it can't hurt, and sounds like it's a good addition to my diet
I've been taking these for 2 months, along with an Omega 3 fish oil cap. I cannot really see any major effects as yet, I am going to continue to take it, and hope for the best.

We (my hubby and I ) both LOVE this supplement. He had VERY high blood pressure. I put him on this and one other supplement, in addition to changing a few things in his diet and his blood pressure dropped from 153/96 to 135/87 in two months.
