JETech Case for iPad Pro 12.9 Inch (3rd/4th Generation, 2018/2020 Model), Support Pencil Charging, Slim Stand Hard Back Shell Smart Cover Auto Sleep/Wake (Red)

I have had many J tech cases over the years for various family members, they do the job, fit well and are considerably cheaper than the Apple cases I used to buy. This case is the same, it does the job and fits. Sadly unlike other j tech iPad cases this one has a see through plastic back that feels cheap and doesn’t look very attractive, the corners arrived slightly sharp in places; I had to sand them with very fine sandpaper. The case looks more brown than black and shows up fingerprints all over when you handle it.Case does the job for now but I will be looking elsewhere for another optionUpdate March 2021 case has snapped on the corner above the camera, ipas no longer secured. Waste of moneyVery disappointed.

After being shocked by the price of an official Apple case, I opted for this cheaper option to tide me over. That's exactly what it is, cheap. Though it'll certainly keep your device scratch free and gives you some peace of mind from day to day usage and wear, I doubt it would have a lot of protection from drops or falls or last extensive use.The material edge is a little rough/sharp, making it not so pleasant to hold. And though the folded stand does work, without any magnetic hold it can be rather flimsy. And the thick plastic back and surround can make accessing the buttons fiddly.In all, it is a good case to give initial protection especially if you've just invested in a new iPad which itself its pricey but you want to protect it. But I am already looking forward to replacing it, so it may be worth saving the money and/or hassle and opting for a slightly more expensive/premium choice (though I still think Apple is overpricing their own).

A lightweight, well made, and good looking case. I know from experience that these are durable too.The pencil can attach to the side for charging but is not protected while the iPad is handled or being carried with the case closed. The back is a good fit but is fairly hard plastic which mean it can easily slide across a table or desk top, but it does protect the camera lens and allows the iPad to lie flat. If you don't mind the limitations mentioned it is an excellent an inexpensive case.

While thinking about whether or not to splash out on an Apple Smart Keyboard or their cheaper version (still 200sih), I figured I'd get this as the cheapest option for now.It fitted perfectly, and is like the standard cases you get with the smaller ipads. It's doesn't feel that stable on the most verticle angle, mostly due to how big the ipad is, but as long as I don't knock it, it's fine. Magnetic latch works great. No issues with a screen protector on the front.Great value basic case.

It’s not the best but for the price it is worth it if your on a budget just to get that added protection when your iPad is in a bag or on a desk at work etc.I wish when folded in to the stand position that it was magnetised to hold together better which is isn’t unfortunately. When it’s on my knee in this position it does sometimes “unfold”, if you’re not moving it should be fine.

the product has frosted half transparent back cover, but nowhere on pictures or description mentioned this. back cover protects the sides but if you have smart folio keyboard, it is really hard to take off, so not very convenient. if you have Apple Pencil, taking notes with that case is not comfortable. the folio doesn't magnetically stick back cover since the back cover is plastic. overall, doesn't meet my expectations at all and the description nor photos doesn't mention that big deal breaker.

The case is a good sturdy material with the back plate having a smooth sheen matte finish. Closes over iPad like a book cover whilst also folding onto a stand. Only problem I have with it is when using as a stand, the iPad falls back down every now and then so the cutouts for the folds are made from a softer material so I find the weight of the iPad will fall back on itself when using it on your lap or even moving it on a table surface. Not a total deal breaker as does provide the needed protection.

I only Mark a bit low because I had expected this to be the same as the case I had for my original iPad Pro. I liked the material used on the backside better. This seems less likely to absorb shocks if dropped. It’s just a hard plastic while my older case has an almost rubbery coating.
