Keeps food warm UPDATE!
This works really great. The kids said it kept their items warm but not hot. Honestly, this is the best review from the kids so far so I'm impressed and happy with that. I will be buying one more of these so that they each have one for "warm" lunches.UPDATE!! I originally gave this a four star review. It kept my kids' food warm for several hours. I was also going to buy another so each kiddo has their own. But then week one of using this, one of the latches broke off. It still worked so we kept on using it and I chocked it up to user error. Then week two, another latch broke off. This was not user error! This week was week three of school and yet a third latch broke off this thing! It is junk! I'm so disappointed because I really liked it before it started falling apart. If it can't last through just six uses into three weeks, I can't buy another.

DESIGN FLAW
I love how this product looks and it is also pretty neat inside the box with the metal finish. But there is a huge scientific design flaw. There is no vent for the air pressure to release on any side of this box which makes this box so air tight that there is no way to open this box once closed. I gave this lunch box to my kid for school lunch. He said he was struggling for 10 minutes just to open this box, he also let his friends try to open it but they all could not open it, eventually he had to miss his lunch because they hardly had 15 minutes to finish the lunch after standing in line for about 15 minutes. I felt so bad. I was also surprised that even I was not able to open it when he got the lunch box at home. I tried to understand why I am able to open other boxes and specifically this one. The only difference was that all other lunch boxes had this small hole in them, which let the air pass through and this one did not. So basically this is a scientific design flaw that the company should have considered before letting this design of box to be manufactured. So now this box is just lying there with no use.

Good choice. Light weight, easy to open, keeps food hot/warm for about 3.5 hours.
I bought it, despite some bad reviews, because my 9-yr daughter liked the design. It's about 2 weeks that I use it, almost every day, for her lunch at school. She has no problem opening it. I pack her lunch at about 8:45 and, according to my daughter, at 12:30 the food has still about the same temperature. I never preheat it with hot water, I just put the food inside. No leaks. It's easy to wash it. The window is very convenient.

Poor plastic quality
Horrible product. Poor quality. Of the four plastic handle locks on the side, first broke in the very first week. And most recently, one on the smaller side came off with a whole big piece of plastic along with it. Such poor plastic quality, can't believe for the price I paid. Very disappointed!!

The worst part is when you put warm or hot food ...
The food doesn't stay warm. The worst part is when you put warm or hot food in the container, you can't even open it because of the insulation. You have to literally stick a knife to let the air out before you can open it. So you plan to pack warm or hot food for your kids, make sure to pack a knife for them: otherwise, they can break all the handles and you still can't open it! It's big disappointment since I bought three!!

Perfect!
We were in search of a fun, slim, and tight lunch box for our toddler. This has worked great for us. No spills! Of course I would have liked to have gotten a "planet box" or one of those other style lunch boxes but was set on finding something similar at a more affordable price, and this has not disappointed.

Poor Quality!!
Poor quality than the Yum Box. I brought this for my daughter who goes to K. Well, it lasted 2 days! Apparently it fell down from the table and broke. Rediculous. I am returning this for refund. See pictures.
