Nice book about friendship
This teaches small and big kids about friendship. If a kid feels lonely in school, thinking he/she has no friends he/she should read this book. Very nice book. I'm Aishani and after reading this book which is rated for kids, I came to know more bout friendship. It helped me to understand friendship. Awesome book.

Good read for Toddlers
The book is about Shog the dog, who was feeling lonely and wandering to get friends who are dogs.He disapproved all other animals to be his friends. One fine day he was hurt and the frog helped him and the piggy took care with grocery and food items. Then Shog realized his mistakes and accepted his folly.

Fantastic story with a lovely ending!
Loved the story and the characters in this book. Lilly frog has a mobile phone - that was so funny. The book is just so well written and it all rhymes with little hidden messages about kindness and feelings and change of feelings towards others. My little cousin loved the story. Also the colours in this book are lovely and bright and really stands out.

children's book
Shog (dog) lives in the woods by a pond.He didn’t like the camels, fishes, birds, or the cows in the field.& the cat well does anything more need to be said.Shog decided to go shopping. So did the squirrels.Shog wants to make friends, but there are no dogs around.Piggle (pig) checked him out.Lilly (frog) watched as Shog tripped/fell in the pond.He lost all his groceries. What did Lily Frog & Piggle do for Shog?I did not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing this book. While I receive free books from publishers & authors, I am under no obligation to write a positive review. Only an honest one.A very awesome book cover, great colored pictures & proper font & writing style. A very well written children’s educational adventure story book. It was very easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s educational adventure movie, an animated cartoon, classroom PP presentation, or better yet a mini TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is a very easy rating of 5 stars.Thank you for the free author; Red Beetle Books; Amazon Digital Services LLC.; bookTony Parsons MSW (Washburn)

Wonderful book to teach kids to embrace others
The world is a crazy place but it is full of so many different people and things. This book was kind of about racism and being close minded. There was a dog that was dead set on only being friends with his own species. He was a lonely and angry dog that lived on his own full of hate. Well one day he was walking home and ended up breaking his leg. There were no other dogs or friends to help him. The one that came to his help was a frog. After he was all fixed up he went home. At his house he was lonely with a broken leg and no food. To his surprise the frog and pig came to visit him. They brought him food and kept him company. The dog then felt terrible about how he treated others and changed his ways. It teaches kids to accept and appreciate all cultures. Not to hate or discriminate based on someone being different. I like this book and will keep it around. The photos are well done and so full of color. I like the rhyming and my daughters favorite animal is the dog. I recommend it.

~~Love this~~~
Never too young to learn about diversity. The author has written this book for ages 3 to 8. It discusses love and friendship and in addition, diversity, prejudice and friendship.Shog, a dog, Lilly Frog and Piggle are the main characters. The lesson is for Shog as he wants to be friends with dogs. He soon learns that everyone can be a friend.Illustrations are extremely well done and one thing that I really love is that the text rhymes. I always think that rhyming enhances the learning for children. Most highly recommended.
