I had gained 40lbs. due to a thyroid problem. After getting the correct medication, I still had trouble losing the weight. I eat a healthy diet, tried HCG diet, shakes, etc. I saw Dr. Oz endorse "only Svetol" green coffee and decided to try it, since I had been at several plateaus and couldn't break the last one.I am very happy to report that this product broke the plateau, has no side effects and it works!!! I have lost 30lbs in three months and look forward to reaching my goal very soon. I told three of my girlfriends about this product and they are all losing weight, without changing much of their diet. I do believe, however, that one must eat reasonably and not binge to lose weight.Make the commitment to be good to yourself and I wish everyone success with this product!

This Coffee Bean supplement is the best product that I've taking in a long time. I starting using this product in October, 2010 after seening the Dr. Oz show during the summer of 2010 and I went to my nearest Health Food Store, and purchase this product. WithIn 2-years I've lost 35 pounds of the 195 and drop two dress sizes from a 14 to a 10 with eating healthy and working out or just walking. I've keep off the pounds but make sure, When you purchase this Item it should contain (SVETOL), if not it will not work as fast. I recommend this product to my Family Members, Friends and my Co-workers at work and everyone saw greaaat results. Just stay focus and the weight will come off. Good Luck!

I've been taking either three or four capsules a day and have noticed my thighs are a little more defined than before. I haven't been exercising any more than normal. I haven't noticed any negative side effects either.I actually purchased this to help with my blood pressure. I haven't checked it to see if it made a difference yet.
