Too hot to handle!!!
I ordered this because I wanted a small non stick pan for makings omelets. Pan does a great job of cooking food, but there is a major flaw in the design. The handle gets unbelievably hot! To use the handle while cooking you have to use an oven mitt or dish towel.It is easy to clean and I am hoping the “scratch resistant” promise holds true.Great for cooking, but be careful not to burn yourself!

What is the point of having a long handle pan if you can’t touch it?It gets away from the fire but gets super hot just by conduction. Poorly design.And you just find out after use, so you can’t even return.More: after one month of use I can’t make an egg on it without sticking the food all over the pan.There is a reason why it costs less than a sandwich. RUN!

This pan is awesome! It really is non stick, I love cooking with this pan.

Very good pan
The base is completely flat so it works well on a cooktop - even heat without wobbles. It's a little big for frying 2 eggs -- the base is no much smaller than the top. Cleans very easily. No lid available from the company, and I have not been able to find one to fit.
