What are the dimensions of this umbrella when open? Big enough for 2 people?

I'm not sure about dimensions as the product didn't come with any specifications. But definitely its not for 2 people. It's a small usual umbrella.

What is the sticky residue that has developed around the open/close button on the handle?

Mine recently developed this as well. It is called sticky rubber syndrome. It's the rubber on the handle deteriorating over time.

How do i contact someone about a warranty? purchased it for a trip to iceland and greenland and it broke the first time i opened it.
