works well installation went well
The tap is everything I hoped and expected..The wideout appears to be very good. It’s very solid as it’s its parts.I know nothing about plumbing so did not attempt to install myself. but the plumber had no issues / complaints with the unit.So be aware you need to have space below your sink for the retracting hose and enough for the hose with the weight attached to hang properly.The tap - spray function and water flow pressure work great.The company name is etched on the top but it’s small and discreet. it also has small indicators in red and blue to indicate hot / cold direction to turn the handle. These too are discreet.This has been installed in canada and noissues. I don’t know how standard connections are but the plumber had zero issues.I tried to find a sprayer bathroom sink faucet at my local stores and my plumber tried to source from his suppliers and we both struck out so decided to take a chance with this faucet and am relieved not to have any regrets.Hope this insight is helpful and if you order it you will be as pleased as I am.

Gran calidad en su material y diseño. Estoy gratamente sorprendida, permite un flujo controlado de agua. El color es negro mate con pequeños detalles niquelados. Me encanta el hecho de que tenga una manguera retráctil, permitiendo usarla a distancia. En lo particular me ayuda mucho para bañar a mis perritos.Es una compra acertada tanto en diseño y practicidad. Excelente producto! Viene con todos sus aditamentos para una fácil instalación.

Fantastic tap and surprisingly affordable
Really fantastic tap for the price. Love that it pulls out (although you need to have enough room below it to let the hose hang into the cabinet). Hooked right up to my Canadian plumbing without any adaptors needed. Very nice looking, great water pressure.

Looks Good, Performs Well, Good Water Pressure ... But
Product looks good and performs well with water pressure. However with 24 hours the metal coil that protects the rubber tube that feed water to the handset/tap does not stay connected. This is a manufacturing issue. So when I pull the faucet out to rinse the sink, the rubber is exposed. See pictures.My plumber had a hell of a time with one of the parts for that tap install. The “C” section that locks the tap into place on the under mount of the sink. This part had to be replaced in all 3 of my taps as it would not do the job. They could not tighten it.

Manque d’information et d’instruction mais très beau robinet
Je voulais mettre ce robinet sur mon Bain, mais j’ai vu qu’il n’était pas assez gros avec les tubes d’alimentation qui était difficile aussi à connecter. Le robinet est très beau et j’aime énormément la forme. J’aurais aimé que la même face pour un bain donc aurait dû être plus gros. Il était légèrement grafigné donc je doute de la qualité de l’aluminuim. Livraison rapide . Je vais donc retourner sans problème. Je me demandais également prendre les cartouches de rechange en cas de bris et j’aurais aimé ça voir son débit d’eau. Il n’y avait pas d’instruction en français et pas vraiment d’instruction.
