Rip off, I used it and thought it worked. It smelled like witch hazel. But then ran out and I used hydrogen peroxide and it worked even better. Waste of money. Hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and gently wipe daily in morning and stain almost gone. Also changed her treats and food with no artificial ingredients.

Our white toy poodle has had such tearing staining that Dad called her SuperDog because she looked like she had a face a mask on. Our groomer had recommended another product after we had tried a couple of others. Nothing was working even with diligent care. I took a chance and placed an order for Bright Eyes. I am SO glad I did! It is easy to apply. Our little one cooperates well when we use it twice a day. Hoping to cut that down to daily soon. It is the only thing that has made a significant difference. We now see her pretty little face and twinkling eyes. She even seems more interactive now. We are so happy to have FINALLY found a product that really works! We will be sure to always have Bright Eyes on hand. I highly recommended this product!

OMG...This product is absolutely amazing!!! I have two Beautiful Maltese, 12 years and 3, full coat, yes, I am a slave to them and keeping their coat long and pretty. I have owned this amazing breed for 30 plus years and I have never found a tear stain remover like this ABE!!! I am not saying this lightly. I do not write reviews, but, felt completed to share my experience with this product. I faithfully wipe their eyes every morning (I know, a pain), but, after cleaning, I put the powder on the 2 eye areas....inner eye and a bit in the outer corner daily,... and 3 times a week, not daily, I first use the liquid, then the powder. This is not complicated, but I prefer using the powder daily, (nearly), and the liquid and powder 3 times week. This has worked miracles. My dogs have NO Tear Stains....NONE! TY to this amazing Family who raises these sweet, beautiful dogs! I have searched 30 years for their eye stain remover, phew! Bless you!Fondly,Debbie Elliott

I am very happy with this product. I have tried many, all of which were useless. I clear his eyes multiple times every day with a cat comb to keep him at least presentable, but the stains stood out on my 7-yr old Maltipoo Snow's pretty button-eye face. I waited until a week of using Always Bright Eyes to see if was really going to help before posting this review. There was an immediate lightening of his stains but they were still noticeably there and of course came back bad as ever for several days. Around the 4th or 5th day, there was definitely improvement. All stains where lighter and shorter. Now his right eye has very little stain at all. The left eye, which has always been the worst offender, is definitely getting there. Only a short dark section that’s growing shorter each day remains. (Wish I had taken before and after pictures) I still clear the area with the cat comb several times a day.I watched the video 2x and re-read the instructions and material I was kindly sent multiple times. Each time I noticed something I had missed that gets better results. These are nicest, most helpful people.In the video it says the liquid is soothing to the dog. For whatever reason my Maltipoo is not soothed. He doesn't fight me but keeps moving his head away. He has no problem with the powder. All in all we're both getting along well with the daily applications. I realize it seems to require daily use and, as you can see from the video, it does take some time to do. I wonder if those who gave the product negative reviews either didn't follow the detailed instructions carefully, didn't use it daily and put in the time or give it long enough to work with dogs whose eyes have been staining for a long time like Snow’s. For us it's all worth it. Snow is both a service dog and therapy dog with my counseling clients. A clean and bright appearance is important. And he's never looked better. I'm a groomer and my clients are constantly wondering how to remove the stains underneath the eyes I have not found anything very productive. I bought this based on the reviews in the pictures and let me tell you that they don't lie I did a one use on a dog that comes in all the time with horrible stains under his eyes and it worked so well so excited so grateful for the product

Aftet purchasing so many eye stain removal, i am happy that there is one that really works. After 7 days, i could see Gracie's stain being lighter and lighter!!! Thank you and i look forward to see the real white hair under her eyes

I had been use this product for 3 days. It never easy to clean the old stain but this one really does lighten it. The best way is to trim the old one out and maintain it. I love it, my dogs love it too. They stay still while I clean their tear, thats mean it has no over power hash smell and It's definitely not irritating their eyes! I gave 4 stars because they quit expensive.

Wow this product is amazing! I got their video on how to apply it before I got the package. Once I got the packaged I applied the product as I watched the video and it was unreal! First time using it and the results were amazing. I have a Maltese and a maltipoo. They have never had tear stains but the maltipoo developed it from one day to the next, the vet said it could be allergies plus the change in weather. I decided to buy this product since it was recommended by friends who use it and who bought their maltese from always maltese. If you watch the video and follow the instructions the results are amazing even after the first application. Definitely recommend this product! Love it! Thank you!!

Bertie had lovely white fur until l left him to go away for a few days to upon my return he had badly stained fur around his eyes by tear stain. I purchased bright eyes and within a week his fur became whiter after 2 weeks. I clean his eyes once to twice a week to keep the tear stains away. I would recommend this product.

This product is better than the rest and one that I shall continue to use. I don't find that it gets rid of the stains (both old and new) 100%, but it's the best I've found so far. I wish the items were sold separately as I find I use the liquid quicker than the powder. I have contacted the seller about this and they have plans to sell separately in the future.

Top stuff! Amazing packaging and great results! It is not like the stains spontaneously evaporated from her eyes but our little Havanese has 90% less staining that day 1 (we have been using it for 2 weeks).Will buy again in the future if i need it!

Yeah it's quite good product if you have a white dog with tearstains but doesn't completely remove the tearstains. Need to keep reapplying.. probably would buy again to keep them at bay..
