You have to work quite hard with boiling water to force the muck out of the crevices in the lid, dishwasher is probably best for this otherwise you have to fill the cup with boiling water then carefully replace the lid, turn it upside down in the sink and shake it around so that the water forces its way through the crevices. So you need a bit of extra care if you want it to be hygienic

Lovely looking mug and the ceramic inlay has a better taste than plastic and metal. Keeps drinks hot for ages. Not too concerned that it leaks but wish it would have fit in my car cup holder. Overall it's a good mug and does what I need it to for the most part

I make a drink before leaving for work at 5.30 and its still hot enough at 8 o'clock to drink

Looks cool and keeps my coffee warm for couple of hours. It is not leak proof, but I knew it before I bought it. Ceramic coating inside so your coffee/tea won't get that metalic taste. Great product though.

Keeps liquids hot a long time. Being Ceramic it avoids the metal taste associated with other types

Brilliant cup not the biggest but definitely keeps your drink hot, it’s certainly not leakproof but at least with the ceramic interior your drink doesn’t have a horrible metallic taste

This cup only keeps your tea hot for maximum an hour. After an hour and a half the drink is luke warm and not very nice. I bought it because it has a liner so no taste of metal but now it’s cold so not a good product

Love these as they don’t ruin the taste of coffee like stainless steel
