This sunscreen is amazing. I have melasma on my face, and as such, I searched high and low for a good chemical free sunscreen to prevent my condition from worsening. Chemical sunscreen, while not good for anyone, is particularly bad for those with melasma. In my search, most of the sunscreens that I found were thick and when applied to the skin, resulted in a pasty white color that just wouldn't blend. With this sunscreen being intended for my face, pasty, thick, and white just will not work. With Keeki though, this is not the case. No pasty, white, or thick here. It was the first brand/type I found that I was completely happy with. The price is a bit higher than the cheap, drugstore chemical sunscreens, but it's worth every penny. You definitely get what you pay for when it comes to sunscreen, and Keeki is no exception.The sunscreen is white, as it's a physical blocking type of sunscreen (which is ideal and preferred over the chemical kind), but fortunately, it goes on smoothly, and blends easily on the skin. I rub it on my face in the morning, let sit for 5 minutes, then apply my regular foundation on top, and it's a perfect fit. It also lasts all day, if you don't sweat or get into water, etc. I am wearing it mainly to drive to work before the sun comes up, then to sit at my desk, where I am inside all day without sun, so one coat in the morning, each day works for me. However, depending on one's lifestyle, application frequency may need to be adjusted.The lotion itself has a smooth, silky, non-thick texture, and smells faintly like bananas. Whenever I wear it, my boyfriend, who hates perfume, tells me I smell good. It's a clean scent, and something that anyone would like.If you have doubts about this product, please go to the Keeki website and read about it. It's truly natural, organic, and truly protecting for your skin, without being thick, pasty, or perfumed. From here on out, this will be the sunscreen for me. I bought the 30 SPF and will be sticking with that strength and this brand from here on out. I sincerely hope that this product is never discontinued, as the Keeki brand has a customer for life, in me.

This is a great sunblock. It goes on really nice, and doesn't leave my skin feeling gross like most other sunblocks. I am fair skinned and a red head, so I pretty much burn when I think about the sun. I wore it for two hours at the pool, and no burning (I went back and forth between shade and sun - so I never reapplied, but I most definitely would have had to reapply if I hadn't had shade to help breakup my exposure). I am only giving this product a 4 star because it is kind of pricey for the amount of sunblock you receive.

I find this is the only sunscreen that doesn't cause my sensitive skin to break out. It doesn't leave my skin feeling greasy and has no heavy feel to it the way some other sunscreens do.It covers well and a little goes a long way. There is no fragrance listed in the ingredients but there does seem to be a light, fresh scent—probably from all the other ingredients combined. It's gluten free, phhtalate and paraben free. It's also vegan and not tested on animals, all of which is a real plus.The only down side is that it's white and if you don't blend it in well it will dry and leave white residue on your skin. Other than that, I would buy it again and probably will.

I have sensitive, oily, eczema prone skin. So basically, the things my oily skin likes make the eczema or pimples flare up, the things that are soothing for eczema make me break out, etc. This is the first sun cream I've found that actually works as a sunblock, doesn't turn me into an oil slick, make me break out, or aggravate the eczema. It also smells delicious and a little bit goes a LONG way, so even though it's slightly more spendy than some of the others out there it's a great bang for your buck.

It smells nice and gives decent protection and i like that it's spf 45. The first time i ordered it, it left a weird gummy residue after being rubbed in. If i rubbed my face or neck later i would notice it. This time though, i haven't noticed it doing that which is a product upgrade. I'm glad i ordered it again, it actually lasted me a year using it almost daily on my face.

I love this stuff! I have a very light complexion and have searched for a good natural sunscreen that actually works without making my skin look like i've covered myself in white pasty goo. This absorbs nicely into my skin, protects from sunburn well with some reapplication, and has a nice light banana scent. I used it on a day long kayak trip with no issues! I didnt reapply as much as it said, maybe 2 times in 6-7 hours and still worked great.

This is my favorite natural sunscreen I have ever purchased. I have been using it for over 3 years. I was drawn to it because of the smell. I grew up on Hawaiian Tropics and Banana Boat sunscreen (toxic stuff, but we didn't know any better!) This smell of keeki brings me back to that! So fun! It works great, and is so incredibly easy to blend into my skin and is light weight. Love this product.

I ordered this after finding out I was pregnant. I had information overload from the internet saying the chemicals in sunscreens absorb into your skin and get to the baby....and then I read that the sun is extra rough on your skin while pregnant, causing sun spots. Anyway, this stuff is expensive, but it's a great product. At a time when everything irritates my skin, this stuff feels great. It smells nice and absorbs smoothly and quickly. I don't have to worry about the (probably) very small risk of anything bad absorbing into my bloodstream :) and I'll continue to buy to use on my little one's skin.
