Nope, the bottom part under the cap is a lighter gray. At least that's what I got with my gray and my black hats

The olive green only comes in S/M and L/XL.

Q: Does this hat Fade? Particularly the navy ones?

Mine is black - wear them in the sun daily and after a year or so there is zero fade that I can see.
