Bought it on a whim visiting Maui several years ago and fell in love with it. EVERYTHING we cook with this turns out excellent and we have people ask about it all the time. Our favorite is dry-rubbing chicken with it. Hot wings come out excellent on the grill. We've even used it in mac-n-cheese (we like to keep it classy around here!)It's not overly spicy. If they had a kicked up version we would definitely buy it, but it's a wonderful (and versatile) seasoning.
