Marking/Survey Flags, 4" x 5" w/21" Wire, Several Colors, White - 100 Pack

I used orange marking flags to mark the underground location of my communication cables. Orange is the correct color for communication cables. The line crew for the local power company were installing a new underground power cable. They were able to avoid doing any damage to my burried internet cable because of the flags. I also used violet color flags to mark the location of my underground sprinkler lines. (Violet is the correct color for sprinkler lines and waste water lines.) The sprinkler lines are all empty right now because they were blown out for the cold winter season. Empty sprinkler lines can be crushed more easily. The sea of violet flags caused a cable construction crew to avoid driving their heavy equipment on my property. They used my neighbors property instead because he did not mark anything. Using the correct color flags does help.

Shipped promptly and arrived in fine shape. They are exactly as described. I have one concern and that is that a few of the maybe 20 that I have set out are showing signs that the flag is coming loose from the wire. The hotter the weather the more loose they become. Temperature has only been in the mid. 90's F. So time will tell. They do me no good if the flag is blown away and nothing is left to mark the spot but the wire. I would hope they could last for 12 months or so. Perhaps the problem is with only a few. I am using the flags to make where small Pine trees are growing so I don't whack them down with the weed eater.

Using these for survey work. The flags are ok.Like other reviews have said they are glued together. Not very time saving when there are several glued together and I have to pull them apart carefully or destroy the flag.

Perfect for marking all of our trees we just planted over the Spring.

Completely fine product, well manufactured. However, the contractor provided his own flags without letting me know, & I didn't need these flags any more! Thank you.
