What is difference between canine muscle formula and muscle and joint formula?

I was wondering the same thing so did some sleuthing. The muscle + joint formula contains the exact same amount of fortetropin (3 g) as the muscle formula, but includes green-lipped muscle for anti-inflammatory support (excellent for that purpose). And it’s $20+ cheaper. Needless to say I’m switching.

This product was recommended by my dog's chiropractor. She uses it on her own dogs.. 
I have noticed a difference in him, but I am also doing adequan injections, so it may be the combo of the two. I know this product contains egg yolks.
