We used it for a metal door that is the front door to our home. At night, it works perfectly! And, during the day, we just roll it up. Materials are light, but it is a good value for money item.

My daughter's school had a scare so the teacher asked for a donation of something to cover the door window quickly when needed but can keep open when not. This was the perfect solution. Easy to install and drops closed easily & fast. It's thin but not see through at all and made of vinyl so it does it's job.

I returned them because they had adhesive tape to put them up, and it wasn't really strong. There was no attachment system down the sides, so light comes right on in. I have steel doors, I wish they had magnet ones.

I love the look of my blackout shade. It’s a much better look than black paper. I needed two, so it was a bit pricey for me.

I bought this at the beginning of the year. It was easy to install and worked for our school lockdowns. You can easily roll it up when it’s not being used and quickly unroll it when it’s needed for a lockdown and time is of the essence.

Easy to setup and use ... makes it look like a dark room from the hallway.
