Tasty chew tabs
I am an adult (big kid) using these tablets as they taste nice and I like chewable tablets. I am more likely to be compliant with taking them if I enjoy them. I hope they will boost my vitamin D levels (I am Vit D insufficient) if I take a daily maintenance dose of 1000units/day. Been taking them for a month and feel better - more energetic and less achey. Must be helping.

Poison and Vitamin D
Sucralose 600 times as sweet as sugar, can cause insulin spikes.. ya think? Why put this in health products, just because it’s passed does not mean that it’s safe, this is for children! A little of Gods sugar is better than man’s chemical compound! Not impressed!
