Nice comfortable ride
This is a really nice chair but the color that arrived was not the color I ordered and sometimes the lever you have to pull to close it up gets stuck making it really hard for a disabled person to collapse it

Only good for short distants. Stronge motors
Not very comfortable

Dangerous and difficult to operate. Not good for disabled.
I have a similar chair from same manufacturer. At first I loved it because my first chair from another company broke utterly in the first 6 months. This one is good on grass and gravel. I haven't tried it on any rougher terrain. But read this if nothing else: mine has the same red knob on each rear wheel that you must pull out to release the wheels and manually push the chair. It is nearly impossible to do and when I injured my shoulder, I just had to stop using the chair. So, no. You don't just "simply flip a switch" to release the wheels. It is extremely difficult even for athletically built airline baggage handlers. It is not lightweight by anyone's definition and there is no system to keep it folded as you try to manhandle it into your car trunk or back seat. I finally bought a set of bungees of many different sizes to 1. Strap down the power cables that kept getting caught in the tires, 2. Strap the chair in closed position when stowing away, 3. Strap the battery in place, although it turned out that at least was clipped in very securely. Alas, the labels are not in English so it took some genius guesswork to figure out how to reattach the cables, which all came undone when I packed it away upon boarding an airline. United required me to remove the very heavy battery (well they at least took it out for me) during flight. I put it back in and discovered they too couldn't read Vietnamese(?) and got the wires switched. But not their fault, since they had no battery at that point to check the connections. So I've had this chair since about Sept 2019, maybe a bit longer. The joystick blinks on and off many times while powering on. The chair doesn't stop when you release the joystick or often even when I throw it in reverse. Having a stick for direction and a button for speed is an unsafe means of control, in my experience. I haven't found a safe alternative yet, though. The arms wobble loosely right and left. Two bolts have fallen out and disappeared and I replaced them with strip ties for now. Most importantly, I am disabled but I'm in many ways high functioning, but this chair is too heavy and much too difficult to operate to be safe for anyone. In my opinion.

Not for MS wheelchair bound people
These are for people that can stand on their own because the foot rest doesn't fold up enough if you have trouble standing on your own. If you have MS you should buy a different one that the foot rest folds up better.
