No additives/unnecessary junk. No questioning if every scoop genuinely has the listed gram amount. My one complaint is how insoluble it is. I gave up on trying to dissolve it in liquid and having it stick to the inner walls of cups. I instead put it on spoonfuls of yogurt in the morning. Briefly sticks to the inside of the mouth, but easily goes down.

I have been taking 5 grams of this creatine each day since August 2025. I am 39 and have fibromyalgia and a few autoimmune diseases so I am always looking for something natural to help with my quality of life. without increasing my activity, I can't believe the muscles I can see and feel that I didn't really noticed before.
