I've tried a whole bunch of these shakes and this one is my favorite. It's a great snack food and great supplement to meals. It's hard to get enough protein in and these have 30 grams. The older you get the more this counts. I personally flavor the chocolate taste. It's like real chocolate milk but with a little more substance to it. And the calories are minimal for that quantity of protein. I buy a couple of cases at a time because I use them often. Warning however, unless you like weight lifting, don't order more than two cases in one order. Two cases are quite heavy. Three are too much.

I’ve really enjoyed these. I bought chocolate. The brand was recommended by the doctor who did my latest endoscopy because I have struggled to eat or drink for about two weeks. One star deducted because the cartons sometimes leak around the top, and product goes everywhere.
