Menopause hit hard. Hot flashes nearly every hour, night sweats three to seven times a night (averaging about three hours sleep each night because burning up from head to toe then shivering cold from sweats), and horrible aching in my joints, fingers, hands, elbows, shoulders, hips, you name it. After 6 months of agony and not knowing how I could go another day, and night, I looked for relief other than HRT. I tried a few supplements before I found One A Day menopause vitamins. Figured that they couldn't hurt, and if nothing else, a multi vitamin was probably a good idea. Expectations weren't entirely high, but by third day I noticed fewer hot flashes and less aches. By the fifth night, I only woke once and didn't fully come awake nor did I feel like I'd been fully encased in an oven. Within a few days, I actually slept deeply through the night. I felt like a new person. Then, when my supply was running low I went on Amazon to order more. I found that a single bottle was no longer available except in pantry or as an add-on item. Found a three pack from a third-party seller at a decent price. Picture looked a little different but wasn't.too concerned so ordered. Arrived promptly but noted products weren't in box and large after market sticker was covering much of bottle. The visible part of bottle looked the same so began taking. Within three days, all symptoms returned with a vengence. I continued taking for about 10 days but knew something wasn't right. Pulling off the stickerl, I discovered that the original label detailing the manufacturers lot number and expiration date had been cut off. I called manufacturer and they told me to stop taking. I have since sent the questionable bottles to the manufacturer to have quality tested. I did go back to Amazon to see if could order and were once again available through Amazon in a single bottle offering. I purchased and have been taking for a few weeks. Are they working? I have very few and sometimes no hot flashes, the aches are fewer (only right thumb and shoulder), but still have 1 to 3 hot flashes a night. Sleep has been elusive. Cannot understand how this product worked so well out of the gate, and now questionable results. Thinking of ordering elsewhere from big box general retailer. Perhaps their storage conditions are different which better preserves the product integrity. Can't think of any other variable as nothing different on my end except perhaps the ebb and flow of menopause as it relates to me. On my part, am not overweight, do not smoke, drink alcohol or caffeine, and exercise 75 minutes every day. Any suggestions greatly appreciated as need sleep and relief.

I haven't noticed any reduction in my hot flashes but my sister swears by this product so I'm sticking with it... I also wish it had 100% of the calcium you need. Great price compared to elsewhere, hence the 2 stars. Will update this review if a miracle occurs...

This is everything to me!!!! At first I wasn't sure it was working, but I stuck with it. I rarely, if ever have any hot flashes. I dont know if I can contribute it to this or God, but I know since taking this product, hot flashes are not ion my vocabulary as much, if ever. I will continue to purchase this, if anything a vitamin cant hurt.
