It is easy to mix into recipes and always tastes great and works great in any recipe I’ve tried. I use this to make gelatin eggs in recipes since I am allergic to eggs and it works well! I do add it to my hot morning drink, but make sure to stir, blend, or whisk it in quickly to avoid lumps. If using with cold liquids follow the package directions. When adding to smoothies, I include it once the ingredients are well blended and still blending. It can be used as a gelling agent for healthy "jello" jigglers without using the actual jello brand products.
