Bought this for my sister to sleep on while staying with me for a while. Very comfortable, well made, and well worth the money. When I need to get myself a new queen mattress, I won't hesitate to buy the same! (FYI, I bought a $54 foldable, 18"-high metal platform frame online from Wal-Mart for this 12"-high mattress to lay on...30"-total height with storage for 16-1/2" bins underneath = perfect for my guest!)

This is a great bed. While I have a chronic back condition this has helped with my comfort, but not elviated it. But did not expect it to. As far as softness it is comfortable, but I may try it with my gel pad I had on old bed and see how it is then. Glad I got it. It is quiet and makes no noise when I get in and out.

I bought this bed for my dad, whom is a big and tall man. It's firm but not too firm. He sleeps comfortably in it and the mattress height allows for him to sit up in the bed when he does not want to lay down.

Just right size, going to buy another for my grandson
