I have been using these resistance bands for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say they're quite good.You can find a lot of free exercises online, which is good.They also came in a practical bag, so they can be nicely stored away

Very happy with the product. Although I'm using it as pull up support, there's a lot attachments and options to do exercises. Even my wife started to use it.
