Contracts: Cases and Doctrine (Aspen Casebook)

Fine replacement for hard copy
So far, everything is in line (pagination and footnotes) with the hard copy of the book my professor has assigned. Much better than the publisher’s ebook which is only available via browser access while actively connected to internet; this is a typical kindle book with offline and app access. Great to be able to search, notate, search highlights by color, etc.No comment on the contents of the book itself.

This book sucks
Disorganized. Full of rambling pontifications on the history of contract law. Good luck ...

Amazon's claim on the etextbook is false. The pagination is different or nonexistent.
I am a professor who assigns this casebook. Do not buy the Amazon version. Students are reporting to me that the pagination does not line up as promised. Moreover, I was told that Amazon will refund even though it was informed of this.
