HIC GARNISHING FRENCH BOOK

I wouldn't have given it any stars if I wasn't forced to select at least one in order to post this warning/review. I ordered two of these books with the "kit" which is described to include 5 tools for basic garnishing. I received 2 books that are written in French (the description and the picture of the product are in English) and I did not receive either of the "kits". I called customer support and after repeating myself multiple times to someone in India he still misunderstood my problem (I received the books but not the kits, are they in a separate shipment?" I asked if I could just have a return authorization. He let me know I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee (although they only have to restock half of what I ordered because they didn't send the other half). He kept asking me to speak slowly to spell my name and e-mail address (which should have been right in front of him because he was looking at my order). I haven't decided if I will package the French books up, pay the postage and the restocking fee or simply throw them in the recycle bin and look for for something to replace it in a store. This was very disappointing and frustrating and I will never purchase from this seller again.
