โItโs not comparable to the fishing rods available in the market. The reel canโt properly align the line, and the line keeps tangling. When reeling in, the reel makes noise, and Iโm not sure why so many people have given it high ratings. Maybe thereโs an issue elsewhere. The handle is also tiring to use.โ

Iโm just a causal fisher, my wife broke my old pole in the car door so when I was shopping for new ones a collapsible one seemed perfect to avoid that again, I can also take it on my motorcycle with me. Itโs strong and kind of reminds me of a lightsaber from Jedi Fallen Order which is cool. Mine was extremely long when extended, like 8ft or more but that was on me I didnโt read the selection. Even at a silly length itโs done me well. I ordered a solo pole because I had my own reel and it fit fine. Itโs super light weight but still strong. My only gripe is that some of the rod sections donโt hold very well when collapses, they will spin around or extend our easily. I will update it when I get a chance to take it sea fishing but so far Iโve got a pretty big freshwater bass with it.

I got the 8 ft no lures or line just rod and reel and i opened it and first off, it is a little insane on how long it gets in comparison to how long its i shrunk down. If you handed me a nice PENN reel and then handed me that i wouldnt tell much difference. ths rod is an amazing travel rod and is small enough where it can fit in my carry on. this thing reels like butter and is also an absolute tank. the handle dosent have any play when you reel it backwards when its on anti-reverse. great drag too. i will say i dont love the fact that it is so hard to get the eyes linedup strsight because it is telesopic, but thats about the only thing i dont love about it. for 32 bucks this was a huge win. i cant wait to try it out.
