Looks good in, easy to install and nice and bright

Ordered this to replace an old bathroom light. Installation should be simple with just a live and neutral connection, but might be tricky if you have an extractor fan and/ancient wiring (we ended up with 9 wires to connect!).As most other reviews mention it is bright. Very bright. We joked that if we knocked down all the walls, it would light up the whole house, but it probably would. Inevitably, you get used to the brightness very quickly.In summary, it's very bright, stylish and has has simple connections all for a reasonable price.

This is a very good product overall, it looks good, and produces a very bright light. However, as other reviewers have observed, it is definitely not easy to install. This is especially true in any ceiling where it is intended to replace a lamp attached to a ceiling rose. The instructions assume that you will only be dealing with two wires coming from the ceiling, if this is the case everything is relatively straightforward. If there are more than two, as is the case if you're replacing a light served by a ceiling rose, you need to be able to deal with the extra wires correctly, or leave installation to a professional. It's also not that easy to attach the base to the ceiling such that the light is aligned correctly. Once installed, however, it's really good.

This is a bright, (BRIGHT) superb light for a Kitchen, which is where I installed it.Fine for a Kitchen, but perhaps a little too harsh and unflattering for use in a Bathroom?It’s IP44 rating means it will withstand low pressure water droplets falling on it, which when mounted on a Kitchen ceiling, (or Bathroom), it is unlikely, (Unless you do something in the Kitchen that I don’t?).It cannot defy the laws of electromagnetic radiation, (light!) however, and if you cast a shadow over your workspace in your kitchen, because of the position of your existing light fitting, there will still be some shadow, however, for me, the shadow is greatly reduced.It is very easy to install, (without having to resort to secondary connecting blocks), the sprung, press action connectors included, secure your wires absolutely securely.For those commenters that mention that it has no earth connection……… the casing, the body, the frame and the lens, are all plastic. It doesn’t need to be earthed, as other than fixing the wiring in place, (for which hopefully you turned the electricity off), there is nothing that you can touch that will conduct electricity.I will say that after fixing the ceiling mounted plate on the ceiling, fastening the light fitting to the fixing plate wasn’t exactly easy to do with only one pair of hands, but it wasn’t impossible.Also, I wanted to secure the fixing plate to a ceiling joist, with two of the screws (It’s fixed with three screws in total), which meant my light is not square to the room. A fixing template is supplied, but making sure the light fitting was securely fixed to a lath and plaster ceiling, was more important to me.

This is the second one of these slight I have bought. Great value. It transformed both rooms I have put them up in. Would highly recommend this product

Very good product bought two look great very bright

Bought this light Feb 2023. Installed it and loved the results however 18 months later it has failed and will now need replacing, I would have expected it to last a lot longer than that. Disappointed

Die Lampe wurde geliefert im 4-Farb Karton und ausreichend Polsterung. Ausgepackt schaut Sie noch eleganter und dünner aus wie auf den Bildern, dennoch macht sie einen sehr stabilen und hochwertigen Eindruck.Die Installation mit den mitgelieferten Schrauben war einfach und nach 5 Minuten bereits erledigt. Zuvor war eine älteres Lampenmodell mit 2 Leuchtstrahlern installiert welche ausreichend Licht geliefert hat, jedoch farblich einfach nicht mehr gepasst hat. Die neue ArtBrite Leuchte wirkt wie doppelte Leuchtleistung und hat mich damit wirklich überrascht. Es ist beeindruckend wie die Lampe einen Raum verändern kann und es macht mehr Spass das Licht ein und auszuschalten. Zusammenfassend: Tolle Lampe zum klasse Preis. Hier werde ich wohl nochmal 2 Stück kaufen.
