The best part of this fluid (besides it's quality of being quite fluid and thin), is the pleasant odor from the product. Most of the septic tank cleaners and break-down enhancers smell like the excrement itself, which could be pleasant to some, but I prefer a bathroom that smells fresh. I don't know how effective this liquid is for monthly use (1 cup per month)--the jury is still out on this. I do wish, perhaps in the future, there would be a gallon-size container of this fluid.

As advertised and expected

Our septic sludge was coming to the surface and really making a foul odor. Thought we was going to have to replace lines. I wanted to give this stuff a try. I shocked the system with a gallon each month for 2 months. I was really surprised when I opened the lid how good it smelled, LOL. End of the 1st month I noticed the sludge on the surface was starting to dry up and the smell was going away. 2nd month was even better all dried up and the smell was gone. Each month afterwards I'm going to put a half gallon for a healthy septic system. People this stuff works great, at least for me it did. Beats spending a couple thousand dollars for a new lateral system.

Adding 8oz per month in my 500 gallon system keeps it at a healthy bacteria level to prevent common problems to septic systems. I've used this for a year in the past and noticed a positive benefit. After it wasn't available, I switched to a different brand which was also good, but I was glad to see the availability of this return on Amazon.

As a first-time septic tank owner I wanted to be sure my septic didn’t backup or clog. This product is fine, but after purchasing it I was informed that it’s not necessary for septic tanks. A healthy septic tank will take care of itself using the bacteria in human waste without additives. Spend your money on a good meal instead... it’ll make its way out the other end and do just the same thing as this product. 💩

We have kids and clean the house with chemicals so I feel better about adding this in. This last year we used more antibacterial soaps than normal so I’m concerned about the proper bacterial levels. It’s better to be safe than an expensive sorry later.

My system was almost to the repairman stage so slow washing dishes filled it. This stuff and a couple of leach field cleaners got it going almost like new. We can use the shower and flush toilet and easy the dishes and it still flows correctly. It's a keeper.

My leech lines were moving slow and backing up the septic. I bought 2 bottles. Poured one in, and the second two weeks later and it’s all cleared up.

Had really stinky smells coming from our shower as a result of the treatment plant in our garden. Used this and smell gone within a week!I use it on a weekly basis now to keep things smelling fresh!

Full of microbes and definitely good for both shock treatment and maintenance. Has a pleasant smell too.

Hands down, this stuff works and works hard to eliminate undesirable odors and keep the bathroom smelling fresh. I've used pucks, tabs and other liquids and I am favoring these results best. Always, anything RV is overpriced. Don't get it (aside from the greed factor) but it is what it is.Always watch for sales, and spend your hard earned money wisely and always look for the best value for the fruits of your labors.

Would have liked to see graduated measurement on container as I needed to measure out 32 oz for initial treatment as per instructions.had to use a measuring cup to measure 32 oz .

Used for a drain stench which I believe is organic in nature. Didn’t help long term. Couple days only. Sodium bicarbonate and white vinegar performed just as well. May not have been right product for me. Can’t fault it.
