Good but charging its ok
For the price I would recommend it but they aren't the best obviously. Charging sometimes will not work...not sure if its the length of the charging metal or what.

Worked untill it stopped. Frusterating
Worked great but now no power. Ill have to look into a different brand. Frustrating when we have people to serve and no wait to page people for their table.

Transmitting Unit will not work
We received this item yesterday. We are already having issues with the transmitting unit. I have attached a video to show the issues. I have emailed Retekess technical support. Waiting on a response Update - still not working!!

Worth, every penny, and the customer service is top-notch.
I truly wish we would’ve purchased this set up from the beginning. We’ve had four other food trucks and the pagers are vital for smooth and efficient service. At first, I ordered the model with less range and later we realized we needed this one instead. It is by far the best set up we’ve found, and the customer service from the company is exceptional.
