Yes. After you color with them and then use water on your paintbrush to paint onto fabric, you heat set with an iron after the paint dries. Do they blend well? Some of the pencils/crayons work well but don't blend well.

Yes, these do blend well. They are highly pigmented, creamy watercolor crayons that can be used to intensify standard artist watercolors, used alone, or used wet or dry. I previously bought a more inexpensive brand of watercolor crayons and gave them away after I was introduced to the Neocolor !!. In my opinion, they are the best of their kind and are well worth the money.

What colors come in this set

Since I am on vacation, I can't give you an exact list. I do know that it has black, white and even a medium grey. The rest are vibrant hues of green, red, blue and yellow. I hope this helps...
