Ich fühlte mich bereits nach wenigen Tagen sehr viel ausgeglichener! Ich bin in meinen Wechseljahren und kann Dr Bergs Adreanal & Cortisol Support absolut empfehlen. Ich nehme jeden Tag eine Tablette, an unruhigen Tagen, wenn besonders viel emotionaller Stress auf mich zukommt, dann nehme ich noch eine zweite Tablett abends ein. Mein Schlaf ist wunderbar und ich wache endlich erholt auf. Nicht missverstehen - diese Tabletten sind keine Schlaftabletten! Aber komische Gedanken, die sich vor dem Einschlafen gerne im Kopf kreisen, erscheinen dadurch viel entspannter und gelassener. Ich denke mir oft, warum habe ich die Tabletten nicht schon viel früher bestellt!

Great product
I have low cortisol levels in the morning . I've been taking these for a few months now. I started taking one at night and one in the morning and I was feeling very relaxed and slept very well . After a while I found I wasn't sleeping well and realised it was the evening dose that was keeping me awake. It does tend to make me drowsy after I've taken it so now I take it very early in the morning and go back to sleep for a couple more hours. Feeling more refreshed in the morning now and getting a much better night's sleep. Would highly recommend.
