The media could not be loaded. Nothing wrong with this thing. It's 3 pounds of rice in a very well made shoulder, neck & back wrap that you can use with cold or heat. Mine is back in the freezer right now getting chilled out so it can go back on this horrible sunburn from the weekend. It makes it feel so good and soothing. Then earlier this week my sister borrowed for 2 nights so that she could use it on her belly for her cramps. My son keeps wanting to wear it because he likes to review things too - and says it makes him feel like a football player. 3 pounds on a 6 year old probably does feel that way, lol.The smell is heavenly. The perfect blend of essential oils that really just relax and soothe you. I've also been laying on my back and flipping it around to lay across my chest as it's all burned up too. Longtime chronic pain sufferers are always looking for products to add to their arsenal of self relief. I have several different cold packs, but was always struggling to find a way to hold them in place. This neck/shoulder wrap is perfect. I'm extremely sensitive to smells, so was a little concerned about the "herbal scent" part, however it is actually very mild and pleasant. The wrap stays cold just long enough to remind me that it's time to remove it. The weight of it is very nice and I think would work well to help hold additional ice packs in place under it (if you wanted to continue to ice after this is no longer cool enough).I take the time to review my purchases because I know I rely on these reviews myself when I make purchases blindly on Amazon. I have used this brand of heating pad for years. It is very durable and is great for relaxation and warmth.

Item is set to expire in a few months. I purchased bc i have same item i purchased 15 years ago and loved it! However, after 15 years I replaced it only to find the new item is soon to expire. The old one expired 15 years after purchase NOT months after purchase. There is no option for exchange or return.

I have a stressful job and to heat this up or cool it on the freezer it a easy relaxing treat to my tense muscles in my neck!

Excellent product that comforts and warms a sore neck or shoulder. The herbal scent is wonderful!I would highly recommend and have purchased a second to share with a loved one.
