Good phone... but Cordless has a minor issue of coverage. In a house if u go more then 10 meter in another room. The voice breaks.. the signal drops... i will shift the telephone in the mid of house to get the proper range. Rest All is well

I ordered the instrument despite reading a lot of feed back about it's not-working-so well, and non existing after sales services. All is not well everybody, and everybody deserves nothing but the best. Having a good regard for German manufactures i ventured into this. The delivery time was good and exact. Package was perfect, so were the contents inside. What i found missing was the small abridged manual which could have helped me install the phone easily and quickly. Otherwise i had to go on line, download the manual, go through it, and then start the phone. Well let me hope it keeps working well at least three to four years.I can not comment about the after sale services as yet and wish i wound not need it.

Horrible product. I have received the product on 20-10-2012, packing very good . cordless phone is not in working condition, I charged it overnight and tried again ,no use, when i asked the local shop fellow , he said some SMBS is need to be replaced. I Paid another 400 rs extra for the repair.but corded land line is good

I bought this corded and cordless combo phone last month for my mom from Amazon.in. She has just started using this product and is now facing 2 issues. I am not sure if there are any settings that could fix these 2 issues.1.) When power goes off then cordless phone doesn't work.2.) When power comes back, bell symbol starts blinking on corded landline phone and if we don't stop this blinking by pressing the bell button then phone goes to Silent mode which means you wont come to know if somebody calls you.

Extremely Cheap Plastic phone . Cheap adpaters.Earlier C series of Gigaset Land Line Cordless Combo was much rugged. This is very cheap ,probably will not last long. Please do not buy this. I regret not heeding to the advice of other reviewers - One more victim
