This is a great book to get children started in the detector fun. It teaches about ferrous and non ferrous metals. If you have a child that's been hankering for a metal detector buy this book and it will educate there mind on the signals there machine is giving them. Highly recommended for newbie children.

This is an adorable and very useful book to introduce the hobby of metal detecting to young children. I appreciate the use of an actual available model of a popular metal detector. I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.

Fun book

What a great book. The Author loves teaching his passion for metal-detecting and with this book allowing children to discover one of the most enjoyable hobbies everyone has access too. A must have book to get your young loved ones (old loved ones too LOL) involved in the outdoors and to explore and discover our world which is full of hidden treasures. This author can also be contacted for detecting help and one on one training sessions. He is a Father, Author, Trainer, & Educator. Enjoy.
