Was Able to Update Several Sierra and Quectel Modems
I was a bit worried once I found out that my modems were m.2 instead of PCI-e however an adapter allowed me to upgrade my modems firmware (Sierra EM7565 & Quectel RM502Q-AE) without issue. Just ensure that you have the right drivers for each.

Did not fully work with a Sierra Wireless MC8777V modem. It sort of recognizes the modem, but couldn't correctly communicate with it. What I needed
This was exactly what I needed to set up a sierra wireless mc7455 for use with our custom built home internet modem. It worked fine. I had a small issue with the suggested application working on my windows machine, but I'm not certain that it was the fault of the hardware.

Worked like a charm.
Connected an mPCIe card and able to flash it via USB. Just what I needed.

3.3V output is too high
if you electronics need good power supply and voltage reference, please check 3.3V ouput before install.My board was at 3.9V. PCI express mini card spec is 3.3V +/- 9%.

Need antennas
Great for testing PCI WIFI/BLUETOOTH in another machine. Must order half-height adapter for half-height cards. Also need antennas to make fully functional.
