Tonkatsu Sauce (Vegetable and Fruit Sauce) - 16.9oz by Bull-Dog.

This is definitely the original Tonkatsu sauce from Japan and one of the most delightful sauces in the world. Whether you use it with traditional pork cutlets or chicken, it is indispensable. The nice thing about this 3-pack is that they are the smaller bottles and so there is virtually no chance of waste. Also, this provisioner sent very fresh ones with nearly a year of shelf life. I'm sure that I'll be back for more shortly - it goes fast.

This is a key ingredient in a recipe for " Yakisoba " . It is a Japanese street food with Ramen noodles. I could not find it at any of the local markets. So instead of wandering around aimlessly at the super markets or searching online, I ordered it from Amazon. It is the brand that is recommended and the quantity I need.

My order showed up on time and in great condition. We use this Tonkatsu sauce often on a lot of things besides Tonkatsu and it tastes great!

I was desperate to find this as I wanted to treat my kids to an amazing pork tonkatsu dinner.I checked a couple of local Asian food markets and could not find it, which is why I turned to Amazon. The sauce arrived, and it was exactly as described—which was great. After further investigation, I was able to get it for a far better price at the local HK Mart. I don't regret ordering it, as it provided instant gratification. If you are looking to save money, look to HK Market.

Discovered this in Japan to use on hirekatsu (fried pork filet) and have used it ever since. Can be used on almost anything fried especially with panko (Japanese bread crumbs). Our all time favorite. Hard to find and at a reasonable price.
