I purchased these containers as meal storage and portion control support. I use the largest section for my vegetable, the medium section for my meat and the smallest for my starch. They work great in the microwave and in the freezer. I have MS and there are days when meal preparation is more difficult than others so having these as ready-made meal storage helps a lot when fatigue hits hard. The seven pack can get me through a couple of days of pre-prepared meals or simply a week's worth of dinners. They are easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher just fine. Plus if I drop them they won't shatter. (A common problem with MS is small motor control) I would recommend this product to anyone, but especially those with autoimmune and neurological disorders.

Very worthwhile product! Ziploc has discontinued their 3 portion containers so I was super happy to find these. They are less expensive and work well. However, over time they do crack but still with the money. They fit perfectly inside a lunch box and the dividers work well.

These containers are a great tool for helping in my journey to eat better and be healthier. They are perfect for not just bringing to the gym after a grueling workout, but on long trips as well. Eating well-cooked, home made meals are better than eating fast food or at a restaurant more often than you should. I love the three separate compartments because it allows you to control your portions to the appropriate amount to prevent over eating. Very excited in using this along the way as I get back in shape and possibly looking to buy another set for me and also for my wife! Great product!

This product is as described. Very convenient for road trips, school lunches, and any time you want a variety food in one container. The portions did not mix into each other which I was very happy to see. The lids still seal tight even after several used in the microwave and being washed in the dishwasher (top rack). One tip that is missing from the description: do not slice or cut items in these containers-the container will scratch! I recommend this product for anyone looking for a convenient, portion-controlled meal that is very portable.

These work great for salads and kid lunches. They are sturdier than expected and wash well in the dishwasher. -1 star because the lids are a little loose. They don't quite seal so I don't put anything too wet in the three compartments. They are also too big for some kid lunch boxes.

I really like these containers. They are not Rubbermaid, but they are sturdy and dependable. I'm glad to know that they are BPA free. The large compartment is perfect for a serving of rice and meat, or whatever combo you like. The smaller compartments hold a nice serving of vegetables or whatever sides you like to have. I've been using these for 3 weeks know, have run them through the dishwasher, and microwaved them multiple times and they look just as good as when they arrived.

I love the size and the material! The only downside is one was broken when I got it AND if I put a thin liquid like soy sauce in the small compartment, it leaks everywhere. So as long as you don't have any super thin liquids you should be good with these.
