Easy to clean,fast to heat up. Just went carnivore and do not have a grill so this grill pan is perfect for two steaks. Cast-iron is too heavy for me ....this pan is a perfect weight No dishwasher but it cleans so fast and easy in the sink ....no hassle Love this pan

Works very well on induction top cooktop. The silicone handles really help to keep things cool.

This is a really nice high quality pan. The beige and wooden look is beautiful put together. I was able to make an entire breakfast for 3 with this pan. Yes, those are 2 kinds of eggs, one kid likes scrambled and the other eats fried. If I didn’t make 2 different kinds of eggs I could have added a few slices of toast to the third slot. The slots are very deep and alow for nice sized portions of food to be cooked. Just monitor the pan temperature and cook your food accordingly, I had to turn up the fire higher and lower at times to ensure the pan was hot enough to cook the sausage without burning the eggs. This has easily become my favorite pan. My teenage son likes to use it to cook his own singular meal as well. It is indeed non stick. Other reviews said the lid didn’t fit, mine fits perfectly.

I like the size of this skillet to grill a few chicken breasts, salmon fillets or grill up some veggies. I just add a little olive oil and sauté. Then you can just wipe it out with a paper towel. Read the instructions and don’t let it get too hot before adding oil and food. The handle is easy to attach.
