This is an excellent product albeit with one major caveat. It comes vacuum sealed and is therefore a wrinkly compressed mess when you first use it. HOWEVER, be patient. As other reviewers have mentioned there’s a variety of ways to help get the wrinkles out and get it to expand to full size quickly. I simply opted to wait rather than risk damage to it since it’s just a fabric shell wrapped around memory foam. It did take quite awhile but I’ve had mine for months now. I own multiple and over time they will look exactly as pictured and work great. I paid $10 for mine and I felt that at that price point making that one concession was worth it. I’m glad that I didn’t let the poor reviews affect my decision to buy it. I love it so I currently have three and will likely get another. Where they really shine is in being incredibly soft. I have other fancy sleek metal tablet holders that I can’t use for my kids without risk of damage or injuries. With this I can rest easy knowing that when they inevitably knock it over it won’t hurt them or scratch my hardwood floors or crack my tile floors or pose any risk to them whatsoever. It’s a great buy for parents and I highly recommend it.

Purchased this for my wife's cell phone. It's very comfortable to use and different sides have different angles for your device. Comes in a variety of colors and so far seems pretty durable. I've had one for a few years and haven't noticed any wear and tear.

Bought this product a couple of weeks ago and still it has not opened fully. It said it should open within a few minutes, and that after it opens, you could put it in the dryer with a wet cloth to smooth out wrinkles in the fabric.I knew it would come compressed or rolled to fit in the box, but after several HOURS after decompressing, I had to go ahead and put it in the dryer and it seemed to finally open a little. I tried it again later, and it did not open fully or take any wrinkles out of the product.I still gave the product 4 stars as product labels can be a bit misleading. If I had a camera, I could take some photos to show what it looks like. I still use it to hold my 10inch tablet and that is why I bought it in the first place. It will hold my larger tablet, but mostly, only on one side.Just wanted people to know that this pillow is very soft like a pillow, not sturdy like others I have seen, and one side seems sunken down and the other side which seems more sturdy, ...it holds the tablet more straight up than the other side, which seems sunken down.

I was tired of nagging my kids to stop holding their tablets so close to their faces. This works great, as it sits on their lap and can be used to hold the tablet for video calls. Yes, if you look closely, the fabric has some wrinkles even 2.5 weeks out, but that doesn't bother me or the kids. Sturdy, lightweight, and can withstand not-so-gentle handling of an 8 and 9 year old. Wish they had more colors. I bought two in blue and added iron-on name decals so the kids know which one is theirs.

Horrible. Comes tightly compressed with the explanation "will expand within a few minutes of being opened." 24 hour later it looked deformed. Took the cover off to try and mold the stuffing into the correct position; and it wasn't easy getting the cover back on, but it still didn't look like anything in the photos. This is not about material wrinkles; this is about the pad not working as advertised. Tablet slips right off. Don't waste your money on this one!

Looks good and helps to hold the iPad. At first when I received this in the mail, it was badly deformed. To fix this I soaked it in water and put it in the dryer. Then it comes out of the dryer perfectly formed. It’s good for the price.

I was pleasantly surprised that the pillow inflated or opened up perfectly once I put it in the dryer with a damp cloth (per the instructions) for 15 minutes. It is super comfy and does exactly what I was hoping.

I've owned one of these I purchased at a local store and it was more firm and stood up better than this one is able. It comes shipped in a box, vacuum condensed, which ended up wrinkling the foam (which you can't fix) and cover badly enough the cover needed to be removed to iron it. It did expand properly but it does have a circular gap in the center of the foam that doesn't allow the pillow to be very firm. The cover is well built but just a tiny bit too big for the foam so it doesn't fit that great and you have to smooth it to support your tablet(etc). It does the job and is soft to the touch but the foam isn't the most supportive. It's large enough to support a 13 inch tablet but it doesn't stand up very well to the weight of one. "It will do" isn't the sentiment I was hoping for in replacing the previous gifted away pillow I had.
