Really good book series

This series is fantastic! The book has all the music plus special notes on technique and effects. Good quality transcriptions. The online component is really, really great. The music is online. The music player allows you to follow the music as it is played. You can adjust the tempo without changing the pitch. This helped me with timing and rhythm. The video tutorial is also extremely well done. It feels like a friend is showing you how to play the song. This is first class guitar instruction. I would recommend this series to intermediate level players who want to learn the songs. Definitely not for beginners. Highly recommended. I ended up buying all the books in the series. Also, the Hal Leonard website lets you create a library of all your books so you can access them online. Terrific, just terrific. I hope they continue to add to this series. Much cheaper than guitar lessons and more complete than YouTube lessons. Just buy it.

I love the book...my sister got it for me but I will have to get the paperback copy for practice when I get to this book....have only went threw it to see what it has so far.....This book also has information on tab reading and I play by ear more than reading or counting and DO NOT KNOW HOW TO READ MUSIC...So this is great....
