No, but I can give it to you, take the pro lag and attachet to your right wrist line up with your thumb . Take the flat wrist attachet to your left wrist flat on the back of your hand and that should do it! Good luck!

Yes. It works for both right and left handed golfers.

Q: is it compatible for left-handed players?

Yes. I am not left handed, but after examining the way the aids are constructed, it's pretty obvious that they can be used equally well with either hand/wrist.

Q: Would this item be helpful for tennis as well? As I understand, it prevents you from “breaking” your wrist at contact?

Interesting question. I don’t play tennis, but it does definitely aid in keeping your right wrist bent, so yes! It prevents you from breaking your right wrist at impact (If you’re right handed). It’s a 90 degree bend though, which might be too much for tennis; I don’t know.
