Dissolves easily and is good tasting. Same fiber as Metamucil. Noticeable improvement in gut health.

My mistake, meant to order sugarless. This stuff is absolutely loaded with sugar. How very disappointing. Used it as a backup only when ran out of sugarless psyllium. Effective, but still loaded with very unnecessary sugar.
