I have studied and tried Bach Flowers for over 25 yrs. I believe in them and Dr. Bach as he tried to find another way to heal us without invasive medications. I find them very helpful,and have given them to people who are skeptical. some are pleased , some reason it all away. I’m a fan. I’ll be taking them forever. Very grateful to Dr. B.

This does help my daughter relax when feeling anxious. It does contain an alcohol base so you can leave it out in the morning in a small cup & the alcohol will evaporate by the evening but I dilute it in her water and she does seem to feel better !

I have had incapacitating panic attacks for years, and do not like the side effects of allopathic anxiolytics, nor do I want to be on potentially addictive benzodiazepams. I have used them in the past out of desperation, but they are not a long term solution. Enter Bach's Aspen remedy. This has been an absolute miracle for me, and not only is more effective and quicker acting than benxodiazepines or antidepressants, it is safe to take as often as needed and is not addictive. When a panic attack strikes and all I can do is pace with anxiety, four drops of this sublingually will completely end the panic and anxiety within minutes. It has no taste, but as well as it works, I wouldn't mind if it did. It has quite literally given me my life back. As a bonus, the reduction in anxiety and stress has reduced my hypertension, and I have been able to reduce my BP meds. I swear by this. It's the difference between a normal life and one crippled by severe panic attacks. I always have a bottle on hand and it is worth the world to me.

Never thought it would be so helpful for me. It was indeed very easy to use. The dropper is also very clean and made of glass. Helped me with unknown fears. I consume this when I feel anxious about anything. Felt it's a bit expensive though.

My ,now my Mom's resident feral cat is the victim of some pos that shot her in her spine area in her back as a kitten the vet presumes. She has no outwardly issues from it thankfully but it's horrific for her psychologically. We found out from an x-ray. She is timid w other cats and we cannot pet her. Poor baby is terrified . I brought her inside to my mom's and I was giving her different flower essences because the vets and community feral cat caregivers said it may help her adjust to living indoors. It helped especially after she had her kittens ( she was pregnant when i took her inside and sick w an uri). Her pregnancy hormones made her very protective and scary ! If you have a feral or fractious cat that has undergone trauma you can try to see if it helps. I found the essences to be pricey, though and such a tiny amount for the price charged. Those are my complaints on these products. Each bottle lasted me about a month. I was using this flower and others in combination so i don't know if any one kind worked better than another...she had many different issues and I was told to look up the flowers and see which issues were going on w her. So i recommend looking up the bach website to see which flowers are for which issues. After she calmed down after being spayed and her pregnancy hormones subsided i continued giving her the essences for about 2 months. Now it will just take time for her to get at a point where she is comfortable and feels secure.
