I'd like to start off by saying I'm a wife to a business owner and a mom, I get my workouts in by waking up at 4am because there's no excuse for not fitting in a workout right?!?! I've tried lots of preworkouts, some gave me a horrible crash, other gave me the runs 💩 gross I know! Others didn't wake me up or assist my body in getting the most effective workout in the time period I have. Well this preworkout didn't make me crash, it woke me up and helped my body deliver a efficient workout with the time I have available to me!! I didn't feel shakey I just felt awake and focused, and didn't give me an upset stomach! Also I'd like to mention it tasted great!! If you haven't found your preworkout, give this a try you may have found "the one" I know I did!!

I was actually introduce to this product by a co worker. After I tried the product I went to Amazon and bought it and it is one of the best pre workouts I have ever used. The Rocket Pop flavor is amazing it wakes me up in the morning right before my workouts and it keeps me focus through out the entire time. The flavor is just amazing and what I like the most is that their is non of that NASTY, BITTER after taste that most pre workouts have. If your looking for a great pre workout I Recommend ENRAGE.

Overall this powder is the real deal, keeps me pumped up for workouts and rugby games. It gives me a little itching sensation in my forehead, but that that usually subsides when I really get into my workout! Flavor is what you expect from a powdered preworkout, its good but still chalky! Bit on the expensive side but regardless I think its worth it!

It gets you over that jump very well. it’s not very heavy in caffeine, which For me is a plus. Very clean preworkout. Gives you the boost in concentration and energy you need, without overwhelming you.

Bought this product based on reviews and it is awful. The taste is horrible, and I get nothing from it. Amazon won’t let me return it, so now I’m stuck with it. I do not recommend buying this.

You're probably asking yourself "is this too good to be true?" No, but it is too good to be free. So go to eFlow Nutrition to buy some. I took the Bomb Pop eFlow and physically lifted my car while sitting in the driver seat. Then proceeded to rip all the bars off the Smith machines in the church of iron to curl in the squat rack to show my alphanance. (Aka dominance) Afterwards I went into the crossfit class and found the biggest guy there. A dainty 130 pound Beta Male, took off his gloves and slapped all the crossfitters in the face with his smooth uncallused baby hands. To finish the 3 hour pump I disabled the power steering in my car, because you already have power when you take eFlow Nutrition.

I remember loving the rocket pops as a kid and this one almost gets is right, the flavor is there but the taste of your typical preworkout overpowers it. I do like that it isn’t too sweet or sugary so its easy to drink. After drinking I did feel a bit of a burst of energy through my body but I wasn’t that pleased with it. The feeling was more of a tingly pins and needles, kind of like an allergic reaction in my face and arms which makes me think there is something within this drink I shouldn’t be having.

I like the fact that you got a pump out of the pre-workout, rather than getting all jittery
