I bought this to kick off a new diet. All it did was give me the most horrendous and nauseating gas you can imagine. I was constipated and uncomfortable for a week after taking this stuff. The taste is nothing to be desired. Every time I tried to take a sip I almost puked. Good luck if you choose to try it.

I liked the cleansing that you could get from this product. I didn't lose weight, but would try it again.

Works great....use a little 3 to 4 times per wk to help with bloating and sluggishness...love this
